Tip: if your pet's weight falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.

When can I expect my order to ship?

- Please keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by things outside our control, like weather, holidays, or natural events. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Any delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you do so within 24 hours of placing it and before it ships. To cancel, please email us with the subject line "Cancel my order" within this time and make sure to add your order number and the cancellation reason.
I entered the wrong address — what now?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, reply as soon as possible to your order confirmation email with the correct details. We can only update addresses within 48 hours of your order.
I picked the wrong size — what now?
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We can update the size before processing begins. After this period, if the item has already been packed or shipped, we can still arrange a replacement for you at a reduced cost. Please email us with your order number so we can assist you.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package all items, but sometimes products get damaged during shipping (about 1 in 1000 orders). If this happens, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge.
What if I receive the wrong size?

If you picked the wrong size without checking our size guides, we can send the correct size with a reduced amount, sharing the cost with you to make things easier.
What about pre-ordered or back-ordered items?
If your order has pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we’ll ship what’s available immediately and send the rest as soon as it arrives. If you receive part of your order, the rest will come shortly after.

Refund & Replacement Policy
At PetJoy, we want every order to arrive right and make your pet happy. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
- You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us with the subject line "Cancel my order" and your order number.
- After 24 hours your order is already being processed and packed, so it can no longer be cancelled.
When we'll replace or refund
Contact us and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund (your choice) if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item, color or size.
- Your order never arrived: tracking shows it lost, or it hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping.
- Something else went wrong on our side.
Discounted orders are covered too. Orders placed with a promo code or during a sale are covered exactly the same as full-price orders.
Time limits
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Orders that haven't arrived: contact us within 60 days of placing your order.

Change of mind
Because every order is packed and shipped individually by our fulfillment partner, we can't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. Please check sizes and product details before ordering, and email us with any questions before you buy.
How to request a replacement or refund

- Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Attach a photo if the item is damaged or wrong.
In most cases a photo is all we need. You won't need to send anything back unless we ask you to, and if we do, we'll cover the cost.
We aim to reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

I have bought 4 of these beds and they always work great. All the dogs love them. This is the smallest size, 40cm for a mini Pinscher.
My cat is delighted with the bed; it's warm and comfortable, the perfect size. My Michi is big and I got the 60cm one. Plus, it can be put in the washing machine.
I bought my chihuahua this bed because he is 14 years old and needs to stay warmer.. It arrived yesterday, and as soon as i put it down on the chair he jumped in and refused to leave it. I can barely coax him out of it now - not even with treats! I’m going to buy another one as a gift. Note that it is vacuum packed in a very small package and fluffs up after a few hours.
It comes compressed, once opened it becomes super fluffy and soft, my dog is snoring soundly.
Perfect 😍 I loved it and so did my baby, I put it on him right away and he lay down, it's super soft and the size is perfect. I ordered the 70cm one so he had enough space and it fit perfectly. He's a small dog, like a Maltese, so what you need to consider is that the diameter of where they lie down is smaller, that's why I ordered a larger size but I loved it.
I bought the 60 cm bed for our jack russel and it's the perfect size. He loves it! I did not need to wait for it to fluff up. It was ready in a few minutes. I was afraid the center part would be thin but it's really thick and soft. Highly recommended!
Dog bed is extremely soft and fluffy. My small 7-lb russian toy loves to not only sleep on it, but also uses it as a play toy and will wrestle around with it. The bottom has skid-proof fabric on the bottom of the dog bed to prevent it from sliding around. It keeps my dog warm on the cold ground. The quality is decent and seems to be durable. I am completely satisfied with this dog bed and would recommend it to others. My cat enjoys it as well.

Order 13.11. Arrived in Israel on 04.12. Ordered size 80 cm. I love everything big))) For the cat. I flattered him, he's not a Maine Coon or a pony) I don't know why they write that the bedding is thin and small..... It's big, fluffy, very well packed in vacuum and tied with tape. The seller packed everything wonderfully. There was no smell. I'm happy, if anything I'll lie next to the cat. I recommend!!!!
My dog loves these plushy beds so much that they act like both a bed and toy for him. He is 6.5 kg and a little rat terrier and the 50 cm light grey bed for him is perfect. I also got him the 60 cm dark grey bed and he likes that one as well. But the 50 cm is his favorite because it’s a better match for his size when it comes to playing with it. There is no shedding of the plushy threads which i appreciate and it is washable as well. Overall, very happy with these beds.
The item is more yellow than i thought (color 5 is like light pale yellow)but it’s ok. for the price it’s great, it is warm and fluffy, it’s exactly what i imagined. I bought this for a stray cat that comes to my mom place and the cat just loves it and that’s the goal. I took size 60 cm.
